That was not what I was planning to do when I've started going to the gym :) My trainer has really helped me by telling a lot about the importance of propoer nutrition and by giving advices on how to improve it. I have also learned many useful tips at http://bit.ly/1iZ3s47. Now I know that my body needs special support before workouts, as well as after them.
