I did C25K Week 8 Day 2 tonight, and decided to keep going until I hit 2 miles. I ran at 3.9 mph and hit 2 miles in 29:30. I decided to just run 30 minutes total.
I didn't do the 30 day shred today, I think I am getting bored with it. Tomorrow I might try Level 3 just to do something new.
Today I had my nephew's birthday party so we ate out and I was unable to count points. I have my meals planned out for tomorrow though so I can try to keep on track for the rest of the week.
I bought another dress for Vegas today, and its an XL from a normal sized store! :) Hopefully soon I won't even be able to shop in the Plus sized stores.
