I weighed in at 230.8, which is a loss of only 0.2 pounds this week :( I guess any loss is a loss but I was expecting more. I am wondering if it has anything to do with the fact that I haven't drank much water at all in the past 24 hours. I am working on getting enough water in the rest of the night so hopefully that will help. I also used 8 weekly points today, so that probably impacted my weight as well. I need to start eating better around weigh ins!
I did 30DS today, day 7 of level one. I think I will only do 9 days of level one since I missed one day so I can keep on track to finish in 30 days. We'll see how I feel on day 9!
