I am getting ready for work but just wanted to update quickly. Today I did 30 Day Shred Level 2 again. I am still struggling with the plank cardio. I think I will just finish out my 10 days at this level and move on, even if I am still modifying the moves. I've also kept on track with drinking my water and counting my points. I even have 2 points left to spare today.
Work has been so stressful and I had a mini meltdown this afternoon. I cannot wait for our vacation, I need it. I am getting so burnt out. Only a little over 2 weeks left!!
