Remember how I said Level 3 of the 30 Day Shred wasn't very hard for the most part? Well, my legs are finally feeling better after being incredibly sore the past few days since I did it Monday morning. I didn't really feel sore after Levels 1 and 2 at all. Level 3 must be better of a workout than I give it credit for!
Even so, I will be glad to be done with it! I am thinking of getting Jillian's Ripped in 30 next, and will start that after our vacation next week. I think I will continue the 30 Day Shred until we leave in a week.
