I've been doing pretty good this week. I am still a little sick so I haven't been able to exercise since I can't breathe and have been coughing up crap. But I have done well with my diet. I counted points 5 days last week and so far have counted points every day this week. I have used some of my weekly points, and will probably use the rest this weekend when my husband and I have date night.
I will weigh in tomorrow. I am not expecting much since I had a good loss last week but we shall see!
