I forgot to weigh in Saturday so I weighed in Sunday. 226.8, which is a .8 pound loss. This is actually pretty good since Friday and Saturday I didn't eat well and Saturday night was spent drinking. I spent most of the day Sunday in bed recovering.
Other than that, I don't have much to blog about right now so this will be short and to the point.
congrats on the weight loss... it must feel good to see the scale numbers dropping each week.
