Above and beyond
Just need to update with my workout. Not only did I do the Biggest Loser low impact cardio and the strength workouts, I also did the Biggest Loser bootcamp workout on my dvd. For a total workout time of 65 minutes! I am so proud of myself. Hopefully I am not too sore tomorrow! I also counted my points all day and have two points left. I won't be eating them though because I am on my way to work and won't get a break until after midnight so those will be tomorrow's points. So far I have drank 40 oz of water and I am sure I can easily get another 40 oz in at work before midnight. Back on track today! Woot!
