I didn't exercise yesterday because I got a pretty good sunburn while at the pool. It still hurts today but I am hoping by tonight I will feel up to working out. Its still pretty warm to the touch.
I forgot to weigh in before I ate yesterday, so I am going with the weight I was at Thursday night after my workout: 228.2. This is the same as last week, so no weight lost this week. I am bummed but I know I didn't do my best this week.
